Strong young women.
Doing hard things.
We help junior women race cyclocross, road and gravel at the national level and on the World Cup courses of Belgium, and we back them in school, in their community and in life.

What our riders stand for
Five things, every race
Endurance
Forty to fifty minutes flat out over barriers, run-ups and sand. They chose the hardest discipline in cycling.
Perseverance
Early mornings, intervals in the rain, racing up an age group against women to 22. Results earned one season at a time.
Each other
Eight years of training side by side, and mentors to the younger riders coming up behind them.
Resilience
Bad starts, crashes, mechanicals. Get back on, chase back. The skill this sport teaches best.
Beyond the bike
The same habits carry into school, friendships, family and community.
Why it matters
By high school, about one girl in three no longer feels sport is for someone like her.
Girls lose that sense of belonging at more than twice the rate of boys (Women’s Sports Foundation). Girls who stay in sport do better in school, report lower rates of depression and anxiety, and go on to lead: 71% of women who played youth sports later held formal leadership roles.
Every season our riders stay on the start line, the girls watching them see what is possible.
Beyond the bike
Homework between races
Our riders keep high academic marks while traveling to race, completing schoolwork between training sessions and, next winter, between World Cups in Belgium. Coaching, race support and mentoring come with an expectation: be as strong off the bike as on it.
